Chicken Pan-Fried Noodles (Gai See Chow Mein)

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground white pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock (heated)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
