Blended Baked Oats
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of your choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 medium extra-ripe banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter
