Sesame and Nut Protein Bars
Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups (195 grams) organic sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup (68 grams) organic desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) organic almonds or other nuts, chopped*
  • ¼ cup (75 grams) organic peanut butter*
  • ⅓ cup (95 grams) organic raw honey*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • note: or a vegan version use maple syrup instead of honey.
  • For a nut-free version, use pumpkin seeds in place of almonds and tahini in place of peanut butter.
