Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (245 g)
  • ½ cup warm water (118 g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup sugar (67 g)
  • 1½ teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 2 cups einkorn flour (240 g)
  • 1½ cups ground yellow cornmeal (200 g)
  • 6 tablespoons (200 g) butter plus more for greasing
