Garlic sesame salad dressing
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, minced
  • 2 tablespoons scallion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • PREPARATION
  • Add the ingredients into a mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
  • The dressing can remain in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Pour over your favorite salad ingredients and enjoy!
