Olive Garden Garlic Alfredo Sauce

I double this which uses a quart of heavy cream. I also use real salted butter 2 sticks. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Spaghetti noodles works best for me. It goes good with garlic cheddar cheese biscits.

1 cup butter

4 tablespoons cream cheese

2 pints heavy cream

2 to 4 teaspoons garlic powder (start with 1 and taste)

2 to taste salt & freshly ground black pepper

1 1⁄3 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese or 1 ⅓ cups romano cheese
