Inulin Chia Pudding Recipe (and Protein Pancakes) (https://www.thewellnessforlifeblog.com)
Ingredients
  • INULIN CHIA PUDDING
  • - 2 TBS white chia seeds
  •  
  • - 1 TBS inulin powder (Simply Inulin, available in  Shop>Product Recommendation)
  •  
  • - ⅔ Cup almond milk
  •  
  • - Dash of Cinnamon
  •  
  • - 1 TBS Pitaya powder
  •  
  • ✔️Directions: Mix all ingredients in a container, let it sit in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours (mix halfway through). Enjoy as a topping to yogurt, smoothie bowls or Pancakes

  • PROTEIN PANCAKES
  • - 4 egg whites
  •  
  • - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  •  
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  •  
  • ✔️Directions: whisk the egg whites thoroughly, then add all ingredients.  Heat a pan or pancake pan on medium to low heat, dollop batter onto pan and could on both sides. Enjoy!
