Ingredients
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 2 veg stock cubes
  • 1.5l water
Steps
  1. Peel and chop carrot and onions
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. cook for 20 mins +
  4. Blend as required

  • Variations.
  • Add cumin & oregano
  • Add fried bacon bits
  • Use pork stock cube
