White wine garlic butter
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white wine, one stick butter, divided, 2 teaspoons sea salt, a pinch of old Bay, and eighth of a cup of diced shallots, ½ cup chopped parsley, minced garlic
Steps
  1. Sauté garlic and shallots in  some of the butter. Add wine, reduce about three minutes. Add salt in old Bay and simmer for five minutes. Add butter and parsley
