  • 1 tin of cannellini beans
  • 1 tin of choped tomatoes
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 3 carrots chopped
  • 3 sticks of celery chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • a pinch of chilli flakes
  • tbsp olive or vegetable oil, or fry light
  • salt and pepper
  • orange peel not grated
