  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 2 eggs large, lightly whipped

  • ¾ cup coconut milk optional almond or regular milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries divided
  • ¼ cup honey or pure maple syrup, for serving
