Transitioning from 80% raw food to Whole Food Plant Based diet (WFPB) ***Cooking without oil and adapting my recipes accordingly***

1 cup almond flour

2 ½ to 3 tablespoons whole psyllium husks

½ cup water (room temperature- lukewarm)

Optional: ¼ tsp salt (more or less TO YOUR TASTE)

Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano or other seasoning of choice.
