Golden Turmeric Paste
Paste to use for several uses

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Tumeric powder
  •  
  • 1 cup water
  •  
  • 3 tsp Black Pepper Corn - Ground
  •  
  • ⅓ cup Coconut Oil
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  •  
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  •  
  • 2 tsp ginger
Steps
  1. Add Tumeric to water
  2. Cook for 7 mins until paste & add water if necessary
  3. Add coconut oil + cinnamon + pepper + nutmeg + ginger & simmer NOT BOIL for 2 mins
  4. Cool & into airtight jar last 2 weeks then its bad so freeze remainder & defrost 2 weeks later
Notes
  • Can add ½ tsp of Tumeric past to 1 cup milk for Golden Milk
