  • ½ Large Cucumber (cut in moon shapes)
  • ½ Cup Cooked Quinoa
  • ½ Large Avocado
  • ¼ Cup Cooked Chickpeas
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • A Sprinkle of Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Vegan Cashew Dressing (I added some chili to this batch and it really hit the spot)
