Samak Mashwi (Arabian Spiced Fish)
Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 ½ lemons

  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups tomato, chopped
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
