  • 15 to 20 cashews
  • ½ teaspoon of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
  • 2 teaspoons of cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of salt or to taste
  • 1 package of extra-firm tofu, cubed
