  • mustard seeds

  • 1 tbsp of each

  • ginger ground
  • marjoram
  • nutmeg
  • cayenne

Notes
  • Turbo boost 2 tbsp ingredients a few times
  • add 1 tbsp ingredients blitz together again
  • Use 1.5 dessert spoons of mix per 750g meat (mince for rissoles)
