Instant Pot: Maple Bourbon Glaze

Sweet and sticky glaze that is perfect on ribs, chicken, and so much more.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a 6 quart IP insert.
  2. Using low pressure setting, cook for zero (0) minutes.
  3. Perform quick release.
  4. Remove top and bring to a boil using the sauté button.
  5. Stir with wooden spoon and
  6. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the glaze reaches desired consistency.
Notes
  • Storage and care: Use right away or store in a glass Mason jar. Will last at least two weeks (tightly sealed) in the refrigerator.
