  • 1 Tsp Ground Corriander
  • 1 Tsp Ground Turmeric
  • ½ Tsp Ground Fenugreek
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • 200 ml Tomato Passata
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 100 ml Water

  • ⅛ Teaspoon Asafoetida
  • ½ Green Pepper, Roughly chopped
  • ½ Large Onion, Quartered
  • 2 Tomatoes, Cut into 8 wedges and de-seeded
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, Cut into Large Chunks
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 4 Tbsp Natural Yogurt, (optional)
