MY Potato Nachos
Ingredients
  • Potatoes, 4? 3/8" sliced taters (prob russets)
  • Bacon,
  • Chicken
  • Bean Corn Salsa
Steps
  1. Two Foiled lined pans: Sliced taters and whatever bacon fit (cooked rest after?). 425° 20 min. Bacon crsip, taters 10 more min @ 400.
  2. Layer on cooked chicken (notes say thighs, 6.6oz but I SV breasts on 2/17), salsa, bacon & cheese, probably Mexican
  3. Cook at ???° until cheese melts
