  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Thai basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fried garlic (optional)
