Ingredients
- 2 cup oats, dry
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup almonds, sliced
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 large egg whites
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Fold the egg whites into the dry oat mixture. Stir gently until the dry mixture is coated.
