Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp Rapid Rise Instant Yeast
  • ¾ cup half xampersandx half, warmed to 110 to 115F (or substitute with milk)

  • 1 ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter, (melted)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • subheading: Frosting:
  • 6 oz cream cheese, (softened (left out on the counter))
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, (more or less to your sweet tooth taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tbsp half xampersandx half, (or milk)
