Grand Marnier Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
  • 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate (I love Scharffen Berger 62% cacao; anything between 60%-70% cacao is great)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt such as Maldon
  • unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch processed, sifted, for rolling
  • confectioners’ sugar for rolling (optional)
