Ingredients
  • Smoked Sausage, Sliced: Kielbasa, Andouille (my personal favorite), Italian sausage, chorizo, or bratwursts could be substituted
  • Yellow Squash, Quartered
  • Zucchini, Quartered
  • Onion, Quartered: I use white but yellow or red would also work.
  • Mushrooms, Quartered
  • Olive Oil: Keeps food moist and also helps increase crispiness; Vegetable or Canola Oil will work if you don’t have olive oil.
  • Cajun Seasoning (or your favorite all-purpose seasoning)
