  1. The recipe is toooooo simple.   The pan is Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Cheesecake Pan, 6 Inches by 3 Inches.  I spray that with cooking oil, add two tablespoons of marinara sauce, break up a lasgne noodle to cover the sauce, add riccotta cheese for thin layer, more marinara sauce, then layer of browned ground round beef (sausage would work too) and then sprinkle ground parmesan cheese .    Another layer of broken up lasgna noodles, and repeat.  Once near the top, bury everything in a shredded cheese of your choice.   One cup of water in the instant pot, manual for 25 minutes and then NPR for 20 minutes.   Using my Charbroil BBQ gloves, lift the pan out on the trivet, let sit for ten (really long minutes) and then sit it on a soup can and push the side down.  Slide onto a plate.   Mangia!
