  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white vinegar or wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Korean red chili paste (gochujang) or Sriracha sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 1 to 5-inch thick cubes
  • 1 tablespoon green onions,  finely sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds (for garnish)
