3-Ingredient Millet Flax Bread (Vegan, Oil-Free, Gf)
Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups millet flour, see notes for grinding your own
  • 1.25 cups flaxseed meal, preferably golden flaxseed meal
  • 3.5 teaspoons baking powder, certified GF, as needed
  • 2 cups water, I use filtered tap water
  • 1 teaspoon salt, optional/adjustable
