Ingredients
- Can of chickpeas or Quorn pieces
- 150 g | 5.3 oz cashews or almonds, raw (optional - omit for nut free)
- 300 g | 10.6 oz cream or coconut cream
- 50 g | 1.8 oz honey
- Bunch of chopped coriander

- ½ tbsp salt
- ¼ to ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Optional: 1 tsp liquid tandoori colouring OR ¼ tsp red food colouring and 2 drops of yellow food colouring
- 10 g | 0.3 oz ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 15 g | 0.5 oz apple cider vinegar
- subheading: Tomato paste:-:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 g | 0.3 oz ginger
- 30 g | 1 oz apple cider vinegar
- 1 x 400 g | 14.1 oz tin of Ardmona chopped tomatoes
- 100 g | 3.5 oz tomato paste
- subheading: Gravy:-:
- 200 g | 7 oz brown onions, peeled, halved
- 125 g | 4.4 oz butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 5 cardamom pods, bruised
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garam masala (pepper free)
