Supreme Vegetarian Pizza (So Easy!)
This Vegetarian Pizza is loaded with fresh vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and more! Pizza with veggies is a great way to use up your favorite vegetables. The mixture of salty feta and creamy mozzarella really make this easy veggie pizza recipe.

Supreme Veggie Pizza with Mozzarella and Feta is a great addition to Friday Night Pizza Night.
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Pizza Toppings:
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • cherry tomatoes, halved (Diced Tomato)
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ¼ c fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ c fresh mozzarella, grated
  • ½ c feta cheese, crumbled
  • subheading: For the Pizza Dough (makes 2 pizzas):
  • ½ c warm water, about 110 degrees
  • 1 envelope (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
  • 1 ¼ c water, at room temp
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 4 c bread flour, plus more for dusting the work surface
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
