Blueberry scones
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup self rising flour ( I use Gold Medal)
  • 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition of Angel Food Cake protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp sugar substitute ( I use Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp land o lakes light butter made with canola oil
  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp lemon extract
  • ¾ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, do not thaw)
