Baby Back Ribs- Instant Pot
my favorite rib method!

Servings: 4 to 6

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 1 rack of baby back ribs
  • 4 cups of apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • BBQ sauce of choice
Steps
  1. Remove membrane on rib side of meat (i use a paper towel to peel it down).
  2. Cut rack in half.
  3. Pour apple juice and vinegar into Instant Pot.
  4. Place ribs into pot (thickest edge down).
  5. Set Instant Pot on Meat/Stew for 32 minutes.
  6. Allow to natural release for 5 minutes.
  7. Carefully transfer ribs to foil-lined cookie sheet and cover with BBQ sauce.
  8. Place in broiler for 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
