  • 100gr dry chickpeas (1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp baking soda mixed with 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100ml water (½ cup)
  • Spices of your choice (I’ve added ½ teaspoon paprika & ½ teaspoon fennel seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sesame and nigella seeds to sprinkle on top (optional)
