  • ½ cup red onion, diced (65 g)
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced (65 g)
  • ½ cup raw walnuts (55 g)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 packed tablespoon fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (AKA flaxseed meal)
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour or starch
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (about 10 turns)
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried red chili flakes
