Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups of cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup of milk
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.  Start checking for doneness when top starts browning.
Notes
  • Can add 2 tablespoons of mayo to add moisture
