  • ½ cup silken soft tofu (Morinu brand) OR ½ cup additional vegan mayo
  • ¼ teasp salt
  • 3 to 4 teasp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 1 ½ tbsp white truffle oil
  • fresh black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley
