Ingredients

  • 150 ml double cream
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 397 g tin condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla bean paste
  • 100 g milk chocolate chops
  • 75 g mini fudge chunks, or finely chopped fudge
  • subheading: FOR THE CARAMEL DRIZZLE:
  • 2 tbsp. golden syrup
  • 25 g butter, chopped
