  1. Someone else may have a better recipe but I do 4 to 6 c of water, 4 to 5 tea bags and 4 to 5 packets Splenda, and 4 mins high pressure. I do mostly decaf tea and then 2 bags of Lipton chai and that's enough for all of it to have a light chai flavor. This makes a large pitcher and then we have it over ice.
