Plant-Based Instant Pot Goulash
Ingredients
  • 4 cups Veggie Broth
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup dry brown lentils
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (I used Tamari)
  • 1 15 oz can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta, I used macaroni
  • 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
