Broccoli 'Cheddar' Soup

  • 2 cups Low sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 ⁄2 cup Nutritional Yeast (more to taste)
  • 3 cups Broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 ⁄8 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 ⁄2 tablespoon Maple Syrup (or coconut sugar)
