  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sugar
  • heaped ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper
  • approx. 160 g / 1¼ cups AP flour or gluten-free flour mix like this
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • approx. 120 ml / ½ cup vegetable oil
  • vegan Greek yoghurt or crème fresh, to serve
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely grated (optional)
