Fresh Apple Pie Granola (Vegan and Gluten Free)
Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled Oats (or Jumbo Oats)
  • 1 cup Almonds (chopped roughly or whole)
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Clove Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 large Apple (diced (I don’t bother peeling it))
  • ⅓ cup melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened Applesauce (or Apple Puree)
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
