Banana Fritters (Pisang Goreng)
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas (Cavendish) (If you use plantains then you may need to cook a bit longer)
  • 140ml cold water
  • 1 tsp baking powder (or baking soda)
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sunflower oil (to fry with)
