  • 4 oz. cucumber, sliced
  • lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
