Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
- Panang Sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Green Beans
- Jasmine Rice
Steps
- Sauté chicken in a little EVOO or whatever you normally use - we always use boneless, skinless breasts but most make with thighs.
- Remove browned chicken from inner pot.
- Add a bit more oil and add sliced onion.
- Add chicken back in.
- Add sauce, stir to coat chicken and onion.
- Manual 3 minutes, NR for 5 minutes then QR.
- Turn sauté feature on.
- Stir in red pepper and green beans and cook while sauce simmers. (I put in with the chicken but it was over cooked so will add after next time.)
- Serve with rice.
