  • 4 medium fresh peaches cubed (approximately 2 ½ cups)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • diced or sliced peaches for garnish (optional)
