Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups -
Freezing: For longer storage, freeze the roll-ups. Wrap them tightly in aluminum foil and then place them in freezer bags. They can be frozen for up to a month. To use, thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
Reheating: To reheat, remove any wrapping and place the roll-ups on a baking sheet. Reheat in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 10 minutes or until they are heated through and the pastry is crisp. Avoid using a microwave as it can make the crescent roll dough chewy and soft.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
