Sous Vide Pork Loin Roast with Garlic Herb Rub

  • Leaves from 1 sprig rosemary
  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional
  • ½ tsp olive oil, if necessary
  • subheading: Sauce (optional):
  • Liquid from sous vide bag
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp flaked sea salt
