  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 and ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground allspice or cloves
  • Pure maple syrup for serving if desired
