Banana and cinnamon pancakes

Ingredients
  • ½ oats
  • 1 egg(optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup almond milk
Steps
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat coconut oil, put 2 TBS mixture into pancake. Cook for 2 to 3 mins each side until golden.
  3. Serve with sliced banana, nuts and maple syrup.
